New Pick-and-place robots
Bekina Indurub continues to invest in machinery automation with the introduction of pick-and-place robots. In addition to the six existing robots deployed across machines with different tonnages (50-80-125-160-500T and 2K), the company is equipping an 80-tonner and a 160-tonner with this type of automation.
The robots are capable of extracting pieces from the mold and placing them on a conveyor belt. This enables the separation of left and right pieces and pre-stacking of the parts. These additional automations not only improve productivity, but also allow our operators to focus more on ensuring the high quality of our injection-molded parts.
